This notice explains what White Glove Recruitment collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers whitegloverecruitment.com.
What we collect
- What you type into a form — your name, email address, and whatever details that particular form asks for. Nothing is required beyond what the form shows.
- Technical abuse signals — our hosting provider processes request data such as an IP address to deliver the site and rate-limit automated submissions. The lead record itself does not retain an IP address or browser user-agent. Our human-verification service also briefly processes the site origin, IP address, browser user-agent, and slider movement timing to issue and validate a short-lived proof.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.
Why we hold it, and for how long
We use it to reply to your enquiry, to deliver anything you asked for, and to send updates if you opted in. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to evidence consent. Active subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe. Referral enquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless a shorter period is requested or a legal obligation requires otherwise. A minimal suppression record may be kept so an unsubscribed address is not marketed to again.
Sharing your information with referral partners
On some pages we offer to connect you with a named third-party partner (for example a recruiter, accountant, designer or service provider). If you ask us to, and tick the box naming that partner, we share the contact and enquiry details you submit with that specific partner so they can respond to you. We only share with the partner you selected, for that enquiry. We do not sell your personal information. Under US state privacy laws this passing of details may be treated as “sharing”; you can withdraw the request or ask us to delete your data by emailing david@budleiser.com. Partners are independent and use your data under their own privacy policies once you are connected.

Marketing email only goes to people who ticked the email-consent box. Marketing messages provide an unsubscribe option. You can also request removal by emailing david@budleiser.com.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email david@budleiser.com and we will review the request. If you are in the UK/EU you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
